She has 8 years experiences in implementation and maintenance of Business Continuity Management (BCM), led the BCM testing & exercising activities for CyberSecurity Malaysia, and at national level, she involved in National Cyberdrill Exercise since 2008. She is an associate fellowship in Faculty Technology & Information Science, UKM and a member of Malaysian Board of Technologies (Ts).

She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Federation University, Australia. She is a certified ISO 22301 BCMS Lead Auditor and Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) by DRI International. Ms. Syafiqa Anneisa is a member of the DRI Malaysia committee.
